Fred Norris bought the three bedroom, two-bath, 1,370-square-foot condo from Kristin Spaeth Crowley for $1.4 millions on Oct 31, 2011.
Fred "The Sound Man" Norris is a radio personality and staff at "The Howard Stern Show." Previously, he worked at the Hartford, Con.-based radio station, WCCC-FM. He also founded and plays the guitar for the band "King Norris."
