Nancy Marcus is the ex-wife of Jeff Marcus, founder of Marcus Cable. When they divorced, she kept the house.
This is the historic Mansfield mansion, built in 1929 for Lucy Ball Owsley and her husband, Colonel Alvin Owsley. Lucy was the heiress to the fortune created by the Ball Jar Company.
