J. Stuart Francis served as Co-head of Global Technology Investment Banking of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. since April 11, 2005. Mr. Francis joined Lehman Brothers in 1991.
One of the most experienced bankers on the West Coast, he came to Lehman Brothers after 14 years at Smith Barney, where he was an Executive Vice President and head of technology group. He served as Vice Chairman of Melno Park of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
He serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and Director of San Francisco Ballet Association. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Council for the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
He received an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, and a BA in economics from Princeton University.
