Iwan Brasali and his brother Aldo own the Brasali Group, which is one of Indonesia's largest real estate developers. The Brasalis also own businesses in the electricity and other various energy industries.
Brasali purchased this house in early 2012 for $14.52 million. The property was previously owned by businessman Charles Perez and his wife Danica, a former model and the ex-wife of murdered music mogul Charlie Minor.
