Edgar D. Jannotta is an investment banker. In March 2001, he was named Chairman of William Blair & Company, an international investment banking firm based in Chicago. He was Chairman of the Securities Industry Association in 1982 and has served as a director of the New York Stock Exchange. He serves as a director on the boards of Aon Corporation, Commonwealth Edison Company, Molex Incorporated and Sloan Valve Company. He has an undergraduate degree from Princeton and an MBA from Harvard.
